103名女飞行学员人格特征及心理健康的相关分析 被引量:1

Analysis of personality characteristics and psychological health of female pilot students

摘要 目的分析女飞行学员的人格特征和心理健康水平,为有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡氏16种人格因素测验(16PF)测量工具,对随机抽样的各年级飞行学员进行人格特征和心理健康水平的测试。结果女飞行学员与男飞行学员相比较,在人际关系、焦虑、偏执、恐怖、总分及其他方面得分高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敏感性、世故性、实验性和自律性人格因素方面得分较男飞行学员高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女飞行学员的心理健康水平低于男飞行学员的心理健康水平,女飞行学员的个性特征总体优于男飞行学员。 Objective To study the personality characteristics and psychological health of female pilot students,so as to provide the evidence for appropriate psychological counseling to them. Methods Psychological tests,including Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) test and Cattell Sixteen Personality Factors Questionnaire(16PF) test,were performed in pilot students randomly sampled.Results The scores of female pilot students were higher than those of the male pilot students in terms of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,paranoid ideation,phobic anxiety,and the total,all P〈0.05.The scores of female pilot students were higher than those of the male pilot students in terms of emotional stability,dominance,liveliness,rule-consciousness,sensitivity,worldness,openness to change,and self-reliance all P〈0.05.Conclusions The psychological health level of the female pilot students is lower than that of the male pilot students.However,generally,the personality characteristics of the female pilot students are better than those of the male pilot students.
