摘要
大学生求职择业中常常有焦虑、自卑、自负、依赖、冷漠、从众等心理问题,其形成原因有主、客观等多方面因素,应从规范毕业生就业市场、解决供需矛盾、健全完善就业信息网络、加强思想教育和素质修养、重视心理教育和疏导。
This paper mainly illustrates the various psychological problems that many college graduates suffer in choosing their careers,such as anxiety,inferiority,conceit,dependence,indifference,and blind majority following.Based on an analysis of both subjective and objective causes it points out the possible countermeasures to these problems in seven aspects.
