This paper investigates the oscillatory behavior of the solutions of the higher order nonlinear neutral functional differential equation [ x(t)+p(t)x(τ(t))] (n) +Q(t)f(x(g(t))) =0, where p(t) is oscillating function. Two sufficient criteria are obtained.
