颈内静脉穿刺置管术并发症分析

Clinical analysis of internal jugular venipuncture

目的分析、探讨颈内静脉穿刺置管术的技术及并发症。方法回顾性分析本院收治的118例应用颈内静脉穿刺置管术患者临床资料,了解颈内静脉穿刺置管术与其他径路上腔静脉穿刺置管术穿刺过程中并发症发生情况。结果颈内静脉穿刺置管术118例中发生并发症有10例(8.47%),分别为局部出血、血肿4例(3.39%),局部红肿感染3例(2.54%),气胸1例(0.85%),误穿动脉2例(1.69%)。仅1例手术不成功(0.85%)。结论颈内静脉穿刺置管术并发症发生率虽不高,但应注意预防。

Objective To analyze the technique and complication of internal jugular venipuncture.Methods Retrospective analysis on clinical character of 118 patients who applied internal jugular venipuncture.Compare occurrence of complication between internal jugular venipuncture and other venipuncture ways of superior vena cava.Investigate related complications and techniques.Results In 118 cases of patients who applied internal jugular venipuncture,the incidence rate of complication is 8.47%.Of the total,partly hemorrhage and hematoma is 3.39%,partly flare and infection is 2.54%,pneumatothorax is 0.85%,mistook to artery is 1.69%,fail case is only 1.Compare with other venipuncture ways of superior vena cava,internal jugular venipuncture cause low incidence rate of complication and high achievement ratio.Conclusion Internal jugular venipuncture cause high achievement ratio and have invariably superiority.
