胰蛋白酶修饰兔红细胞对几种豆科植物凝集活性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 圆叶舞草、田菁和糙毛假地豆3 种豆科植物种子抽提液对正常兔红细胞均表示出较弱的凝集活性,但对经胰蛋白酶修饰后的兔红细胞的凝集作用却较强- 实验结果表明,兔红细胞经1-75 U/mL的胰蛋白酶修饰后凝集活性有明显的提高,其中圆叶舞草提高了128 倍,田菁提高了64 倍,糙毛假地豆提高了8 倍- 这表明兔红细胞表面具有这3 种凝集素的受体,但这些受体被细胞膜的外周蛋白或糖肽所遮挡,从而抑制了受体与凝集素的结合,而胰蛋白酶通过对肽链的温和水解,使这种遮挡得以解除- Three letins of Desmodium Gyroides, Sesbania canabina, and Desmodium heterocarum DC var . strigosum Meeuwen showed lower agglutinability to untreated rabbit erythrocyte. However, their agglutinability were increased by 128, 64, 8 times, respectively, when the rabbit erythrocyte were treated with 1.75 U/mL trypsin. It is analyzed that there are acceptors on the erythrocyte surface, which can combine the erythrocyte with lectins. Some protein or glycopeptide outside the cell membrane block the combination of lecin with its acceptor. Trypsin can partly get rid of such protein or glycopeptide by hydrolyzing peptide chain and increasing agglutinability.
