摘要
采用溶液共混的方法,研究了纳米SiO2用量对PP/纳米SiO2共混体系力学性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,当纳米SiO2质量分数增加到1%时,PP/纳米SiO2共混体系的冲击断口的断裂带细微而密集,冲击强度达到最大,提高了66.5%;纳米SiO2质量分数增加到2%时,断裂带尺寸变大,综合性能达到最好,拉伸强度提高了16.1%,断裂伸长率提高38.1%,冲击强度提高了50.2%;纳米SiO2质量分数增加到5%时,PP/纳米SiO2共混体系形成层状结构,冲击强度急剧下降。
This article researched the influence of the content of nano-SiO2 on the mechanical properties and microstructure of PP/nano-SiO2 blending system with solution mixture technique.The result showed that when the mass fraction of nano-SiO2 increased to 1 wt%,the impact rupture strip of PP/nano-SiO2 mixture was fine and large,and the impact strength increased by 66.5% to the maximum value.When the mass fraction of nano-SiO2 increased to 2 wt%,the impact rupture strip augmented,integrated properties reached to the best,and tensile strength increased by 16.1%,elongation at break increased by 38.1%,the impact strength increased by 50.2%.The PP/nano-SiO2 mixture came to be layer structure when the mass fraction of nano-SiO2 increased to 5 wt%,the impact strength decreased shapely.
