摘要
采用单向复合材料缠绕型式,对F-12和国产芳纶Ⅲ纤维增强环氧复合材料进行力学性能测试,考核了两种芳纶纤维/环氧复合材料界面黏结性能,并进行了拉伸破坏机理与强度分析,获得了强度参数值。结果表明:两种芳纶纤维单向复合材料具有明显的各向异性特征,轴向力学性能远高于径向力学性能;F-12/环氧复合材料力学性能优于国产芳纶Ⅲ/环氧复合材料性能;两种复合材料纤维/树脂界面粘接较差。
The mechanical property tests of F-12 aramid fiber and domestic aramid fiber Ⅲ(DAF Ⅲ)reinforced epoxy composite were performed to determine the mechanical property of composite and interface bonding property between the two aramid fibers and epoxy composite by unidirectional composite winding type.The failure tensile mechanism and strength was analyzed,and the strength parameters were obtained.Experiment results showed that two aramid fibers composite had obvious anisotropy characteristics.The mechanical strength of F-12 aramid fiber and DAF Ⅲ/epoxy composites in axial direction was much higher than that in radial direction.The mechanical property of F-12/epoxy composite was higher than that of domestic aramid Ⅲ fiber.But the interfacial property between fiber and resin of the two composite was poor.
