摘要
利用粉末烧结法制备超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)开孔多孔材料,综合运用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和力学拉伸试验两种实验方法,有效确定UHMWPE多孔材料的烧结温度范围;利用扫描电镜研究了不同原料粒径制备的UHMWPE多孔材料的微观形态。实验结果表明:粉末烧结法制备UHMWPE多孔材料最合适的烧结温度范围为143-149℃;压制烧结后材料内部存在大量空间分布并相互连通的微通道,微通道的大小随原料粒径的减小而减小。
Powder sintering technique was used to prepare ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)open-cell porous material.The proper sintering temperature range was obtained through combining DSC and tensile testing.The micro-morphology of UHMWPE porous material was observed through SEM.The results showed that the proper sintering temperature ranged from 143 ℃ to 149 ℃.Besides,plenty of micro porous was found collected after pressing and sintering,and the sizes of the micro porous were mainly reduced by the decease of the particle size.
