摘要
根据残障人或老年人日常生活自理的功能需求和下肢康复训练的要求,基于人机工程学的原理,开发了一款康复训练和自护一体化的新型康复辅具。介绍了该辅具的整体设计思路,根据功能需求对各子结构进行结构设计,应用Pro/E软件进行各子结构及整体结构的虚拟设计,并对其进行运动仿真的干涉验证。该新型辅具一方面可以辅助残障人或老年人进行减重康复训练,帮助他们恢复下肢的正常生理机能,另一方面可辅助他们完成日常行为活动,如辅助行走、起床或起坐、入厕和高处物品的取放等,帮助他们实现独立生活的能力。
According to the functional demand of the daily lives of disabled or old people and the requirements of rehabilitation exercises for them,a new multifunctional rehabilitation exercises aid integrated the lower limbs rehabilitation exercises with self-care has been developed based on ergonomics.The overall design thinking of the aid was introduced in this paper.Based on functional requirement,various sub-structures of the new device were also designed.The virtual design of the overall structure and sub-structures was carried out by using Pro/E software,and the simulated motion interference of different parts was also verified.On one hand,this new aid can help disabled or old people with weight loss rehabilitation exercises,assist them to recover the normal physiological function of the lower limbs;on the other hand,it can help them co complete daily activity behaviors,such as getting up,going to the toilet,pickand-place articles at high position,and also help them to enable the independent ability to live.
