摘要
针对烧结机星轮轴的改造问题,结合其低速重载的实际工况,采用理论计算、有限元分析及模型试验相结合的方式研究了星轮接轴的结构和过盈配合,传统算法因采用厚壁圆筒的简化结构而使结果比较保守,数值偏小,有限元法由于具有精确的建模技术,能够充分反映零件实际结构对计算变量的影响,因此结果更加真实可靠。有限元分析亦能给出整个装配结构的应力分布和配合面上的接触压力分布情况,突破了传统算法求解的局限性,并能准确地反映出结构件比较敏感的应力集中现象的分布位置及大小,分析结果对于确定合理的过盈量、优化零件结构和改进加工工艺都具有参考价值,为今后烧结机星轮轴改造的工程应用提供了理论支持和数值参考。
Aiming at structure retrofit of sprocket shaft sintering machine,by combining with the working conditions of low speed and heavy duty,theoretical calculation,Finite Element Method(FEM) analysis and model test are applied in the research of the Interference fit about extended shaft on sintering machine.The numerical value of traditional mechanical algorithm is relative small due to using the structure of thick wall cylinder,but FEM has accurate modeling technique,and can express the influence of actual structure,the result is more reliable.Stress distribution of the whole assembly parts and contact pressure distribution at mating surface can be represented by FEM Analysis,which breaks through the limitation of traditional algorithm,and can reflect distribution and magnitude of stress concentration.Analysis results have certain reference value to determine the size of appropriate interference fit,optimize part structure and improve processing technology,offer theoretical support and numerical reference for engineering application of structure retrofit of sprocket shaft.
