摘要
目的:筛选、分离中药复方小续命汤的活性组分。方法:小续命汤氯仿提取物进行极性划断,用MTT的方法筛查氯仿提取物中5组分不同浓度分别对HEK293细胞、PC12细胞活力的影响。结果:氯仿提取物分离得到(A-B-C-D-E)5个组分。A组分不溶于DMSO去除;B组分在浓度为2.5ug/ml到100ug/ml时可能促进PC12细胞的增长;C、D、E组分当浓度>25ug/ml时对HEK293和PC12细胞均有抑制作用。结论:小续命汤可能含有不同的活性成分。
Objective: To screen the effective components from Xiaoxuming decoction.Methods: The chloroform extract of Xiaoxuming decoction was separated into six components according to the molecule's polarity.The effects of different components on the survival of HEK293 and PC12 cells were evaluated by using MTT assay.Results:(A-B-C-D-E) components were extracted from chloroform extract of Xiaoxuming decoction.Component A which can not soluble in DMSO was removed.Component B,at the concentration of 2.5ug/ml to 100ug/ml,may increase the proliferation of PC12 cells,whereas,at the concentration above 25 ug/ml,C、D、E components can inhibit the proliferation of HEK293 cells and PC12 cells.Conclusions: Different components of Xiaoxuming decoction may play different roles.
