复发性流产患者血清相关自身抗体检测与分析

The Effect of Autoantibodies on Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

目的:探讨抗心磷脂抗体(ACLA)、抗精子抗体(ASA)、封闭抗体(BA)检测对复发性流产(RSA)的意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测92例复发性流产患者血清中ACLA、ASA及BA的含量;选择80例正常育龄妇女为对照组。结果:流产组患者血清的ACLA、ASA阳性率分别为40.2%、25%,明显高于对照组5%3、.75%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);流产组BA阴性率为69.57%,明显高于对照组32.5%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:ACLA、ASA、BA与复发性流产关系密切。

Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of anticardiolipin antibody（ACLA）,antispermatozoal antibody（ASA） and blocking antibody（BA） in recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）.Methods： The levels of anticardiolipin antibody（ACLA）,antispermatozoal antibody（ASA）,blocking antibody（BA） in 92 women with recurrent spontaneous abortion（abortion group） and 80 health women（control group） were detected by ELISA.Results： The positive rates of ACLA,ASA in abortion group were 40.2 %、25 %,respectively,while 5 %、3.75 % in control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The negative rate of BA in abortion group was 69.57 %,while 32.5 % in control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： The study shows that ACLA、ASA and BA are all related to RSA.
