摘要
提出了微机控制的公路自动收费系统方案,介绍了单机和网络系统的结构,建立了车型自动识别的算法,实现车型的自动识别和报价;并研制了报价和收费的仪器装置,同时也介绍了如何建立公路收费的信息管理系统.本系统的应用可极大地提高工作效率,可杜绝收费混乱状况和工作人员作弊行为.
We sugsoot a Highway Automatic Charge Computer System (HACCS), and introduce its configurations with PC and networks. This paper also presents the algorithm for intelligently recognizing vehicle typeo, and realizes automatic bid. Finally, this paper desribes how to build the MIS of HACCS.Its application can improve efficiency of charge, and prevent the confusions and irregularities on charge. There is a good perspective in its application.
