小针刀与颈椎持续牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis was Treated with Scalpel Compare with Continuous Cervical Traction

目的:利用小针刀及颈椎持续牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病,观察其治疗效果,探讨其作用机理。方法:根据临床检查或X片、CT、MRI结果进行定位,行小针刀松解术,术后作颈椎持续牵引。结果:57例患者治疗前后症状、体征及X线检查结果都有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:该方法可使病变组织得到减张,有利于局部循环的重新建立。调整恢复失衡的颈椎解剖结构,从而减轻或消除对颈神经根的压迫、刺激、达到治疗本病的目的。该方法作用显著,疗效迅速,在临床上推广意义深远。

Objective： To explore the mechanism and clinical effect of Nerve root type cervical spondylosis was treated with scalpel compare with Continuous cervical traction.Methods： Accord to the result of clinical examination or X film,CT、MRI,57 patients were operated by scalpel and then Continuous cervical traction was given.after locating the synechial position according to clinical.Results： Symptoms,signs and X-ray examination of 57 patients were Significantly improved（P0.01）.Conclusions： This Treatment is effective and quick.The part mechanism of this method lies that scalpel and tractation can depress local tissue tension and improve local circulation.This method can also adust and reconstruct the anatomic structure of cervical vertebrae which are of balance.Consequently,irritation and oppression of nerve root is relieved and eliminated.Thus,cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can be cured.
