An Analysis on the Quality Control Methods of "Zero Defect" in the Operation of Well Workover Enterprises

为有效提高修井作业质量,降低井筒上修频次,降低修井企业成本,将"零缺陷"质量管理法运用在修井企业作业质量中的优势进行分析,引导修井企业建立起一套科学有效的管理方法。通过现场工作实践,形成良好的质量管理氛围,提高操作者工作技能,实现"零缺陷"质量管理工作目标。

In order to improve the quality of well workover operation,and reduce the frequency of well-bore maintenance and the cost of well workover enterprises,the advantage of applying the quality control method of ＂zero defect＂ to the operation quality management of workover enterprises has been analyzed,which can guide well workover enterprises to building up a set of scientific and effective management methods.Through the on-site working practice,the good atmosphere of quality control will be formed,the operators＇ working skills will be improved,and finally,the ＂zero defect＂ goal of quality control work will be realized.
