摘要
B1区块上部盐城组浅灰色、白色软泥岩易造浆缩径,阜宁组、泰州组深灰色泥岩易垮塌,而且水网比较密集,环保压力大。所以,在该区块选用了复合金属离子复配小阳离子环境无害化润滑防塌钻井液体系。该体系抑制性强、润滑防塌效果好,其主聚合物的一次回收率达88.4%,防塌剂的页岩回收率达18.42%,高温高压膨胀率也较低。利于保护油气层且环境无害化,所测表皮系数在-1.2~-3.5之间,满足钻井工程的需要,施工中末出现任何复杂等问题,钻井及完井作业顺利。
In the upper section of Block B1,the pressure of environment protection is very great,because light grey and white soft mud rock in Yan City group is easy to form the mud and the shrinkage while deep grey mud rock in Shuning group and Taizhou group tends to collapse and has the dense water net on the ground.Based on this,the drilling fluid system consisting of compound metallic ions and small positive ions is selected and applied to block B1,which is safe to environment,has the lubrication and prevents the collapse.Besides,this system has the strong inhabitation,the better effect of lubrication and collapsing prevention,together with 88.4% primary recovery ratio of its main copolymers,the 18.42% shale recovery ratio of preventing collapse agents and the lower inflation rate of high temperature and high pressure.As a result of protecting oil and gas reservoir and being safe to environment,the measured skin coefficient is between 1.2 and 3.5,satisfying the demands of drilling project.At last,no any complex problems appeared during the construction,so well drilling and well completion were operated successfully.
