钢丝绳在油气田勘开发中对安全有直接影响,根据漏磁检测原理,研制了MTC钢丝绳检测仪器,通过测定金属面积损失和局部缺陷,能够实现对钢丝绳断丝、磨损等缺陷的定性、定量检测,并能够对缺陷进行定位,为钢丝绳的寿命评估提供了依据。

Wire ropes have direct influence on the safety in the oil and gas exploration and development.According to the principle of magnetic flux leakage inspection,MTC wire rope detector has been developed.By determining the losses of metal area and local defects,the detectors can have both qualitative and quantitative detection on the defects like the broken wire,the wearing and damage.Meanwhile,the detector can also locate the position of defects and provide some basis for the evaluation on the service life of wire ropes.
