With the scientific development and the management innovation of petroleum enterprises,it seems to be very important to build up the enterprise internal supervision mechanism.How to get the best economic benefits from the reasonable and lowest cost of quality and promote the sustainable,stable and healthy development of oilfields has become the important research topic for petroleum enterprises.Based on the analysis and evaluation on the quality supervision system and the operation mode of petroleum enterprises,quality supervision concept is thoroughly transformed by the innovation of system,the system of supervision and management separation is built by the innovation of management,the staff quality of supervision team is improved by the innovation of technology,and the quality supervision behavior is strengthened by the innovation of service.Thus this study ensures the science,norm,efficiency,justice,and authority of quality supervision in petroleum enterprises,and has explored one new efficient and effective quality supervision model.
