摘要
基于换热器性能的现场检测,对换热器主要性能指标进行了计算,分析了换热器的能量利用、换热系数和换热能力利用情况,指出了换热器的换热能力利用不足,有待进一步提高。通过对换热器的热经济性评价,计算了换热器的主要经济指标,并对计算结果进行了分析,结果表明加热炉耗用的原油燃料价格越高,联合站用热技术改造项目获得的经济效益越大,结论指出本次热经济性评价表明该项目的技术改造经济可行。
Based on the on-site test for the performance of heat exchanger,main property indexes of heat exchangers are calculated,and then the analyses focuse on the energy utilization,and the use of heat-exchange coefficient and heat-exchange capacity.Next,it is pointed out that heat-exchange capacity is not used fully and needs improving further.Through the thermo-economic evaluation of heat exchanger,its main economic indexes are calculated,followed by the analysis of calculating results.The result indicates that the higher the price of crude oil fuel for heater was,the more benefits the heat technology reform project of the combined station could get.At last,it is concluded that the thermoeconomic evaluation reveals that the technology reform of this project is economical and feasible.
