摘要
随着社会主义市场经济建设的深入进行,我国的人才市场得到了充分的发展,并逐渐形成多层次的网络体系。但是,民族地区的人才却普遍出现了外流现象严重、结构不合理、民族地区的人才市场发展缓慢等问题,并日益成为影响民族地区经济社会发展的重要因素。因此,必须结合民族地区的发展实际解决人才问题,不断探索民族地区人才市场建设的特殊规律,真正实现人才市场为民族地区经济社会又好又快发展服务。
Human resource markets in China have been fully developed and a multi-leveled network system has gradually formed with the deepening of socialist marketing economy.However,the markets in regions of minorities are now still facing problems like serious talents draining,unreasonable structures and lagged behind operating modes,which have greatly hinder the regional economic and social development.Therefore,the local conditions must be combined with and the specific rules in establishing human resource markets should be continuously explored.Only in this way,the efficient service of the markets for regions of minority can be ensured.
