双内码自动转换邮件管理软件的设计

电子邮件的接收和发送是 Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ编程技术领域中的一个典型问题；而目前具有简繁体内码自动判别及转换功能的邮件收发软件更具有很大的实用意义．本文给出了邮件收发功能的设计和简繁体内码的转换方法，阐述了具有简繁码内码转换功能的电子邮件系统的基本原理、设计和实现。

Mail is widly used in internet application, but how it works with Winsock? Conversion between Simple Chinese Characters and Traditional Chinese Characters is important problem of Chinese processing.This thesis gives the overviews of solutions about these problems. We will introduce the scheme of the mail system with the function of conversion between Simple Chinese and Traditional Chinese Characters. We also discuss the key technology of the system, and describe its designing and implementation.
