不同方法对西藏林芝野生核桃油的提取及脂肪酸成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 分别采用超临界流体萃取法、索氏抽提法、超声波提取法从西藏林芝地区野生核桃中提取核桃油,并采用气相色谱-质谱法分析了核桃油的脂肪酸组成.结果表明,3种提取方法核桃油得率均在57%以上,核桃油主要脂肪酸含量为亚油酸62.54%、油酸18.93%、亚麻酸7.27%、棕榈酸5.36%、花生四烯酸4.11%、硬脂酸1.78%.其不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,尤其是亚油酸含量最高,对人体的健康非常有利. Supercritical fluid extraction,Soxhlet extraction,and ultrasonic extraction methods were employed to extract oil from wild walnut in Linzhi area of Tibet.The composition of the fatty acids of the extracted wild walnut oil was determined by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results show that all the three methods can be used to extract oil from the wild walnut at a rate of over 57%;and the contents of main fatty acids in the walnut oil are linoleic acid 62.54%,oleic acid 18.93%,linolenic acid 7.27%,cetytic acid 5.36%,arachidonic acid 4.11%,and stearic acid 1.78%.This indicates that the wild walnut oil has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids,in particular,linoleic acid,which is very beneficial to human health.
