基于综合平衡法的注塑工艺参数多目标优化设计 被引量:42

Optimized Design of Injection Molding Processing Parameters for Multi-object Based on Integral Balance Method

摘要 结合正交试验法和模流分析软件Moldflow,对不同工艺条件下的汽车轮轴盖塑件成型过程进行模拟分析,运用多目标综合平衡法,对塑件成型后的体积收缩率、翘曲变形量和表面气穴3个目标值进行综合评判。通过对各成型工艺参数的极差分析和方差分析,确定熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、冷却时间等注塑工艺参数对目标值的影响程度分,析得出最优的注塑工艺参数组合方案。生产实践证明塑件质量得到了有效的改善。 The injection molding process of automobile wheel axle cover under different processing technologies was simulated by orthogonal experiment and Moldflow software.The comprehensive evaluation to volume shrinkage rate,warp and surface cavitation of the molded part was obtained by multi-objective integral balance method.The effects of melt temperature,mold temperature,holding pressure and cooling time on objective values were determined by range analysis and variance analysis of the processing parameters,and the optimum injection molding parameters combination was acquired.The production in the factory proved that the quality of the molded part was improved evidently.
