摘要
运用周期表对角线规则,获得了 Eu2 + 激活的 Li- β- Al2 O3 新的发光基质,研究了该基质的组成、结构、电荷补偿机制及 Eu2 + 在体系中的发光性能结果表明:锂对 Ba Mg Al10 O17 基质中镁的取代仍然保持β- Al2 O3 结构不变, Li- β- Al2 O3 基质中的电荷补偿主要是形成间隙 Al3 + 或 Li+ 离子机制, Eu2 + 激活的 Li- β- Al2 O3 具有良好的发光性能。
The new luminescent host, Li-β-Al 2O 3 activated by Eu 2+ , is obtained for the first time with the aid of a diagonal line law of periodic table of elements. Preparation and structure of the host Li-β-Al 2O 3, charge compensation and luminescent properties of Eu 2+ are discussed in detail. The host Li-β-Al 2O 3 which is formed as a result of a complete substitution of Li + for Mg 2+ in BaMgAl 10 O 17 retains a β-Al 2O 3 structure. The charge is mainly compensated by interstitial Al 3+ or Li + ions in the host. It is possible for the phosphor Li-β-Al 2O 3 activated by Eu 2+ to become a new blue-emitting component in the trichrometric fluorescent powders of rare earths through further study.
