摘要
【目的】建立石淋通片高效液相色谱(HPLC)法指纹图谱研究方法,并采用广金钱草指纹图谱评价石淋通片的质量。【方法】采用HPLC法分析,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-Aq,流动相为乙腈—体积分数0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长为270 nm,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为40℃。【结果】不同厂家石淋通片均具有广金钱草的11个黄酮类共有峰,但不同厂家产品质量有很大差异。【结论】采用指纹图谱与含量测定相结合可作为石淋通片质量控制方法之一。
Objective To establish the method of HPLC fingerprint analysis of Tabellae Desmodii Styracifolii (TDS), and to estimate the quality of TDS with fingerprints of Herba Desmodii Styracifolii. Methods HPLC was performed on Zorbax SB-Aq column. The chromatographic condition was as follows: acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (gradient elution) as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 270nm, flow rate being 1 mL·min^-1, and column temperature set at 40℃. Results Eleven common peaks of flavonoids from Herba Desmodii Styracifolii were separated in TDS. Great difference was presented in the quality of TDS from different pharmaceutical factories. Conclusion The combined method of fingerprinting and content determination can be used to control the quality of TDS.
