泰妙灵与康农联用对断奶仔猪的预防保健效果观察

Effect of antibiotic mixture on health care in piglets

为了观察泰妙灵450和康农可溶性粉联用对增强断奶仔猪免疫力的效果,本试验选用体重8.5 kg左右断奶仔猪250头,随机分为5个组,试验组分别以自由采食的方式连续给药7天,并持续观察40天,以净增重、发病率和死亡率为指标,观察泰妙灵450和康农可溶性粉联用对增强断奶仔猪免疫力的效果。结果表明,试验组在试验结束的净增重显著高于药物对照组和空白对照组(P<0.05),试验组的发病率和死亡率显著低于药物对照组(P<0.05),与空白对照组之间的差异极其显著(P<0.01),而3个试验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。该试验为泰妙灵450和康农可溶性粉作为仔猪保健用药提供了参考数据。

In order to observe the effect of mixture using of Tiamulin 450 and Florfenicol Soluble Powder on piglet care,250 piglets with 8.5kg weight were divided into three experimental group,control group and blank group.The drugs were administrated to piglets in experimental groups for 7 days and observed for 40 days.Net weight,mortality rate and morbidity rate were selected as the index for judging the immunity of piglets.The results showed that the weight of experimental group were significant difference（P0.05） from control group and blank group.The survival rate and mortality rate of experimental group were highly significant difference（P0.01） from control group and blank group.There was no difference between three experimental group.These data provided a theoretical basis for the using of Tiamulin 450 and Florfenicol Soluble Powder on piglet care.
