应用循证护理预防全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成

Applicate the evidence-based nursing to prevent the incidence of deep venous thrombosis after total hip replacement

目的探讨循证护理在全髋关节置换术后预防下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的干预方法。方法采用回顾性对照方法,将患者分为对照组和实验组,将循证护理实施前收治的33例患者列为对照组;循证护理实施后收治的27例患者列为实验组。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组运用循证护理方法,即根据病人情况,提出临床护理问题-下肢深静脉血栓(DVT);查阅相关资料,寻找循证支持;循证的观察与应用。比较两组患者DVT的发生率、对疾病知识的掌握情况及满意度。结果实验组患者有2例发生DVT,对疾病相关知识的掌握情况及满意度明显提高,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论应用循证护理预防全髋关节置换术后DVT是积极有效的,在临床护理领域中实施循证护理具有良好的发展前景。

Objective Explore the evidence-based nursing interventions to prevent the complication of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip replacement.Methods Using retrospective methods to control,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,the 33 patients admitted before application of evidence-based nursing were set as the control group,while those 27patients admitted after application of evidence-based nursing were set as the experimental group.Using conventional methods of nursing in the control group,using the evidence-based nursing in the experimental group,that is based on the patient＇s situation,raised the problem of clinical nursing-lower extremity deep venous thrombosis;Access to relevant information,search for evidence-based to support;Observation and application of evidence-based.The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,mastering degree of disease-related knowledge and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Two patients occurred with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the experimental group,the mastering degree of disease related knowledge and satisfaction degree were improved obviously.in the experimental group compared with the control group had a significant difference,P0.05.Conclusions Application of evidence-based nursing to prevent the complication of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip replacement is a positive and effective,implementation of evidence-based nursing has good prospects for development in the field of clinical care.
