摘要
评述了我国聚氨酯(PU)弹性体的重要地位,重点论述了后金融危机下我国汽车工业、高铁和城市轨道交通、新能源、海洋工程和高端装备制造业是PU弹性体未来发展的新动力之源。指出TPU(热塑型PU)切片、TPU薄膜、TPU医疗制品、TPU合金、TPU/TPV(热塑性硫化橡胶)是TPU弹性体未来发展方向,PU轮胎是CPU(浇注型PU)弹性体未来重要发展方向,PU皮革和PU鞋材树脂制品是我国微孔弹性体主要产品形式和出口产品,PU复合材料和PU功能材料是值得关注的PU弹性体新材料。提出开发生物降解PU弹性体的主要技术途径和应用前景。PU风机叶片、PU枕木、碳纳米管/FPU(含氟PU)、HPPO-PO(双氧水丙烯直接氧化法生产环氧丙烷)、ADI(脂肪族和脂环族二异氰酸酯)和NIPU(非异氰酸酯聚氨酯)是具有前瞻性的低碳开发项目。
The important status of Chinese polyurethane(PU) elastomers is reviewed.During the post-financial crisis,Chinese automotive industry,high-speed railway,urban rail,new energy,ocean engineering,high-end equipment manufacturing industry are new power source for PU elastomer future development.It is pointed out that the TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane) slice,TPU film,TPU medical article,TPU alloy,TPU/TPV(thermoplastic vulcanizate) are the future development trends of TPU elastomers,PU tyre is the future important development trend of CPU(casting polyurethane) elastomers.The PU leather and resin for shoes are main product forms and export products of PU microcellular elastomers at home.PU composite materials and PU functional materials are new noteworthy PU elastomer materials.Main technical measures of developing biodegradable PU elastomers and their application prospects are also proposed.PU fan blade,PU sleeper,carbon nanotubel/FPU(fluorine-containing polyurethane),HPPO-PO(propylene oxide produced by propylene directly oxidized with hydrogen peroxide),ADI(aliphatic and cycloaliphatic diisocyanates) and NIPU(non-isocyanate polyurethane) are prospective low-carbon development projects.
