摘要
简要介绍了软包装及所用聚氨酯(PU)复膜胶的迅猛发展历程。分别介绍了溶剂PU胶黏剂、醇溶PU胶黏剂、无溶剂PU胶黏剂和水性PU(WPU)胶黏剂的发展概况及其优缺点。随着技术进步和环保意识的增强,PU复膜胶由溶剂型逐步向无溶剂、水性方向发展。还介绍了将丙烯酸酯基团引入WPU主链以降低成本、改进某种性能、引入双键等方面的研究,以及固化WPU和制备无乳化剂WPU的多种方式。WPU复膜胶仍是今后总的发展方向,但需解决目前尚存在的一些问题。
The rapid development course of flexible package and used polyurethane（PU） lamination adhesives is briefly introduced.The development status,advantages and disadvantages of solvent PU adhesive,alcohol soluble PU adhesive,solvent-less PU adhesive and aqueous PU（WPU） adhesive are introduced respectively.Along with technical progress and environment protection consciousness enhancement,the PU lamination adhesives develop towards to solvent-less and aqueous adhesives from solvent PU adhesive.The researches on introducing acrylate group into WPU main chain in order to decrease cost,improve certain performance,introduce double bond,and various methods to cure WPU and prepare WPU without emulsifier are also introduced.The WPU lamination adhesive is still general development direction in future,but it is necessary to solve some current existing problems.
