近年来,脑钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide,BNP）这一新的实验室检测指标在心力衰竭临床诊断中的应用受到广泛关注。研究发现,BNP是客观评估心力衰竭的一个很有价值的实验室指标,在评价心功能方面具有敏感性和特异性[1],
