摘要
采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)中先进的线扫描技术分析表征了某含聚氨酯(PU)涂层的高能固体推进剂在不同层间界面上的元素组成分布和含量变化。结果表明,随线扫描点从推进剂向PU涂层推进,元素Si含量呈上下波动趋势,Cl和Pb含量逐渐下降,且存在一定程度的组分迁移。元素过渡点C1s、N1s峰的分峰拟合得出推进剂和聚氨酯涂层的2种不同组分中C1s、N1s特征峰各自不同的结合能,从而可定性区分推进剂组成随扫描点的变化情况。
The element composition distribution and content change of high energy solid propellant containing polyurethane(PU) coating on different interlayer interface were analyzed and characterized by advanced line scan technique of X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS).The results show that Si content shows fluctuation trend,Cl and Pb contents gradually decrease,and there is a certain degree of component migration with the scanning distance point changing from propellant to polyurethane coating.The different binding energies of N1s and C1s characteristic peaks in two different components of propellant and polyurethane coating layers can be obtained by fitting the sub-peaks of N1s and C1s element transition points,so the variety status of propellant composition with the scanning point can be distinguished qualitatively.
