摘要
以聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)等为主要原料,配合防老剂和紫外光吸收剂,用预聚体法制备不挥发物质量分数为40%的单组分水性聚氨酯树脂;以此树脂为基础,用钛白粉作为着色剂,制备白色水性聚氨酯路标涂料。研究结果表明,预聚体法制备的水性聚氨酯树脂在40℃下放置24 h即可达到最终性能;水性聚氨酯树脂在水中呈柱状分散;以此树脂制备的水性聚氨酯路标涂料附着良好,表干时间短,各项指标符合路标涂料技术标准。
One-component waterborne polyurethane resin with mass fraction of 40% non-volatile substance was prepared by prepolymer method using polybutylene glycol adipate（PBA）,dimethylolpropionic acid（DMPA） and toluene diisocyanate（TDI） etc as main raw materials combined with antioxidants and UV absorbents.The white waterborne polyurethane road mark coatings were prepared based on the above resin using titanium pigment as coloring agent.The research results show that the final performance for waterborne polyurethane resin prepared by prepolymer method can be obtained after 24h at 40℃;waterborne polyurethane resin dispersed in water like a column;the waterborne polyurethane road mark coatings based on the above resin have good adhesion performance,short surface dry time,and all indexes accord with the technical specifications of road mark coatings.
