摘要
用现象学的方法研究导引术、气功、健身气功现象之成因。认为:导引术是"作为方法的现象学"的一种界定,气功是"作为哲学的现象学"的一种界定;气功具有"不设定质性",会被具有"设定质性"的健身气功所取代。为了完成健身气功这种"客体化行为"的"意向本质",应不断创编健身气功新功法的"质料"充盈,才能达到自明的"明证性",在全民健身中树立品牌效应。
Using the phenomenological method, the present paper studied the factors contributing to the emergence and development of Daoyinshu, Qigong and Health Qigong and concluded that Daoyinshu, which is defined as a method of phenomenology, will move forward to Qigong, which is defined as a philosophy of phenomenology, while Qigong with indefinite quality will be replaced by Health Qigong with definite quality. The study suggested that in order to accomplish the intentional essence of this object-oriented behavior, only with the consistent creation of "feedstock" and "filling" in new works of Health Qigong can the "self-evident proof" be achieved, and thus real "brand" effect be established in the upsurge of national fitnesskeeping.
