美国大学教师发展理念的演变与启示被引量：25

摘要美国大学教师发展理念经历了精英意识下的自我发展、心理学革命下的组织发展、多元学术观下的全面发展的演变。理念的演变对实践具有重要的指导意义。研究美国大学教师发展理念演变的历史进程中的经验和教训,对于构建有中国特色的大学教师发展政策和实践具有重要的借鉴意义。
