摘要 水力冲孔是煤矿瓦斯治理当中普遍采用的一种治理措施。它是在矿井巷道揭煤前,在岩巷揭煤钻孔施工完毕的同时,采用高压水力,通过钻杆冲孔工具,使用钻机对全钻孔(特别是本煤层)进行往复不停地冲刷、扩孔,并冲排出大量岩煤渣的一种瓦斯治理措施。其目的是将揭煤钻孔内煤层松动、冲刷扩大,以达到最好的瓦斯释放和抽排效果,消除岩巷揭煤过程中的煤与瓦斯突出危险性,最终达到安全揭煤的目的。 Hydraulic flushing is technique and control measure which has adopted to control gas in collieries, which occurs before cutting through coal seam in roadway in mines and at the same time of drilling construction completion in rock roadway. It is a kind of gas control measure which adopts high pressure waterpower, scours and reams continuously of coal seam by using drill pipe punching tool, and ejects bulks of rock cinder. Hydraulic flushing aims at loosing, scouring and reaming of coal seam, which achieves the best efficiency of gas emission and pumping--exhaust, eliminates coal and gas outburst hazards in the course of cutting through coal seam.
