Oil Way Improvement of E305 Lubrication Pumping Station

主要论述E305润滑泵站油路的改进与设计,解决润滑油路管路漏油及进油流量不足、回油慢的问题,改变减速机底部油箱回油管位置、增大回油角度、加大管路直径、增加回油量,调整原有管路设计位置、增大进油量、改进管路、使用冲压焊接弯头,从而解决泵站进、回油路存在的问题。

The paper mainly discusses oil way improvement and design of E305 lubrication pumping station. In order to solve problems such as oil and pump way oil leakage, oil--taking underfed and slow oil return, it is suggested to change the position of oil return pump at the bottom of reducer, enlarge oil return angle and pump way diameter, increase oil return quantity, adjust old pump way designing position, increase oil--taking quantity, improve pump way, use punching welding elbow, which solves the existing problems of oil--taking and oil return at pump station.
