摘要
大型电渣重熔作为生产100 t以上直至300 t重大锻件用巨型钢锭的理想方法,正在被更多的人们所关注。本文回顾了电渣重熔的大型化缘起和发展。根据200 t级电渣炉的实践经验,讨论了大型电渣重熔一些值得注意的问题,如设备与工艺,特大电流短网,低氢控制,均匀性控制等。
Large-scale ESR is being spread as an ideal process of manufacturing gigantic ingots for 100t up to 300t monoblock forgings.Origin and development of large-scale ESR were looked back in this paper.Some problems meriting attention in large-scale ESR,such as equipment and technology,excessive current short net,low hydrogen control,homogeneity control etc.,were discussed on the basis of production practice of the 200 t-class ESR furnace.
