摘要
为提高原子蒸气激光同位素分离(AVLIS)中电子枪加热金属高密度蒸发的需要,运用电磁理论分别对轴对称扫描电子枪的束流特性和传输系统扫描特性进行了数值模拟。着重分析了电子枪的结构参数与束流特性的关系,以及束流传输元件与束流扫描特性的关系。进行了轴对称电子枪结构的计算机辅助设计,给出束流功率密度为10 kW/cm 2 ,扫描长度15 cm ,总功率为100 kW 的轴对称扫描电子枪结构参数与束流特性的计算结果。
To improve the metal high density evaporation heated by the scanning electron gun in atomic vapor laser isotope separation (AVLIS), the characteristics of the jet current and the transmission system were numerically simulated through electromagnetic theory. The relationship between the characteristics of the jet current and the constructional parameter of the electron gun was analyzed emphatically, so was the relationship between jet current transmission device and scanning characteristics. And the computer assisted design of the axially symmetric scanning electron gun was completed. At last, the calculation was acquired between the jet current and the constructional parameter of the electron gun with the power density 10kW/cm 2 and the scanning length 15cm and the integrated power 100kW.
