摘要
对青霉素萃取理论模型进行研究,并作了大量的实验研究,发现传统的青霉素萃取工艺条件(pH= 1.8~2.2,温度为5 ℃,相比VO/VW = 1/2~1/2.5,采用两级萃取)不是最佳的。提出了新的萃取操作工艺条件,即pH= 3.0±0.2,温度为常温20 ℃,相比VO/VW = 1/3~1/4,并采用三级萃取以保证萃取率。实验证明,提高萃取的pH 值,有利于萃取体系选择性的提高,可以减小青霉素的损失; 提高萃取温度将极大地降低能耗; 适当降低萃取相比,有利于提高产品质量,减少对杂酸的萃取。
Based on the study of the theory model of penicillin extraction and experiment results, it is found that the traditional technical condition of penicillin extraction (pH=1.8~2.2, 5℃, V O/ V W=1/2~1/2.5, two stage countercurrent extraction) is not the best choice. A new operation condition is presented, that is pH=3.0±0.2, 20℃, V O/ V W=1/3~1/4, three stage countercurrent extraction. The experiment results show that, it is benefit for the selectivity and yield rate to raise the pH value; raising the temperature can cut down the energy cost; the quality of the product is improved and the extraction of impure acid is decreased by reducing the phase ratio.
