长江口及东海近岸表层沉积物中有机氯农药赋存特征 被引量:8

Residual of organochlorine pesticides in sediments from Changjiang Estuary and nearshore of the East China Sea

摘要 采用GC-ECD对长江口及东海近岸表层沉积物中16种有机氯农药(OCPs)残留进行了测定。结果表明,OCPs总量在(8.31~52.61)×10-9之间,组分分布特征分析显示,六六六类(HCHs)农药的来源可能与早期土壤的残留或大气远距离输送有关,滴滴涕类(DDTs)污染除了来自早期土壤残留外,近期可能有新的含DDTs农药成分的物质输入;相关性分析揭示总有机碳(TOC)是影响沉积物中有机氯农药分布的重要原因;与国内外不同地区沉积物中有机氯农药残留相比,长江口及东海近岸有机氯农药污染水平中等,存在一定的潜在生态风险。 Surface sediments from Changjiang Estuary and nearshore of the East China Sea were collected and analyzed for 16 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs).Concentrations of OCPs residues in sediments were determined using gas chromatography coupled by ECD detector(GC-ECD).The results showed that the level of OCPs in sediments was(8.31~52.61)×10-9.Analysis of distribution characteristics of components showed that HCHs were in connection with the early residue in sediments and remote atmosphere pollutant transport;DDTs residues in sediments were not only related to the early residues in environment,but also related to input of DDTs components lately;TOC content influences the distribution of OCPs in sediments strongly.Compared with other regions,the contamination level of OCPs in sediments of Changjiang Estuary and nearshore of the East China Sea was moderate.The result of evaluation showed that OCPs in sediments from Changjiang Estuary and nearshore of the East China Sea had a medium ecological risk.
