摘要
针对目前果实品质无损检测手段少、不能清晰展现果实内部结构的现状,采用MRI(核磁共振成像)技术,引入VTK(视觉化工具包),实现了果实三维可视化重建,为果实品质无损检测、病虫害防治等方面提供了重要的技术支持。系统基于区域分割算法对MRI图像序列进行分割,利用改进的光线投射法进行体数据绘制。实验表明:体数据的绘制速度比经典光线投射法提高了约47%。
A new three-dimensional fruits visualization system has been accomplished aimed to solve less non-destructive testing methods,no clearly three-dimensional visual effect of the internal structure of fruits and so on.The system provides important technology support for fruit quality inspection,pest and disease control,breeding and other research.The system applied MRI and VTK in the study of fruits visualization.The system using a region-based segmentation algorithm for image segmentation,using an improved ray casting method for volume data rendering.Results showed that the rendering speed of volume data was improved by about 47%.
