摘要
分析了目前农产品冷藏保温技术中制冷方式的选择问题,进而对冷藏运输车厢的热负荷与冷藏箱的结构、内容积、厢体的绝热层厚度、绝热材料以及生产加工工艺过程进行了研究,并通过对冷藏车厢体热负荷计算,分析了冷藏车热消耗的影响因素。同时,提出了机械制冷、半导体制冷是未来冷藏保温运输车发展趋势;冷藏保温厢体的设计应进行技术经济性比较分析,在适合农产品冷藏运输技术指标情况下确定经济合理的隔热层厚度和最优传热系数,为冷藏保温运输车的发展和普通货车改型提供了参考依据。
This paper analysis the choice of the cooling mode of agricultural refrigeration insulation technology at present,and then research the heat load、the structure、content product、thickness、the insulation material as well as the process of the production and processing of the refrigerated transport car,and through the heat load calculation of the refrigerated compartment body,analysis the factors of the heat consumption of the refrigerated trucks.It is the future development trend that proposed mechanical refrigeration,semiconductor refrigeration of refrigerated transporter and the technical and economic analysis of the design of refrigerated and insulated envelope.In the ideal case of technical indicators for refrigerated transport of agricultural products,it determine the economic rationality of the insulation layer thickness and optimal heat transfer coefficient.Provide a reference modification for the development of refrigerated transporter and the modifications of Common truck..
