摘要
对蒸汽—热风混流消毒设备中基质与混流气体之间的传热过程进行了分析,基于CFD技术建立了基质颗粒在升举和撒落运动阶段的传热过程模型,进行了基质颗粒在不同阶段的传热过程和温度变化的模拟仿真分析,确定了其变化规律。通过试验验证,结果表明了仿真分析结果的有效性。
The process of heat transfer between cultivated medium and mixed gas in steam-hot wind sterilizing equipment is analyzed in this paper,a pattern of heat transfer process about substrate which is on the moment of rising and floating is developed based on CFD technology.The simulation of heat transfer process and temperature variation of substrate in different phase,the transformation law is confirmed.The result of simulation is proved to be effected by experiment.
