摘要
农机试验土槽为新型农业机械的研发和性能测试提供了一个可靠的实验平台。为提高土槽控制系统的自动化程度,设计了以工控机、PLC为控制核心,集变频调速、PXI总线技术、虚拟仪器、图像处理等为一体的自动化控制系统。同时,介绍了系统的组成、控制方案选择、系统的抗干扰和保护措施。
Soil-bin provides a stable platform for the design and research of agricultural machine.An automatic controlling system was developed in order to improve the degree of automation.Industrial control computer and PLC(programmable logic controller) were taken as the control core of the system.The system integrated kinds of techniques including variable frequency adjustable speed system,PXI bus technique,Lab View,image processing,etc.A research on scheme of control system was introduced.The function,basic compose,protection and anti-interference measures were discussed.
