摘要
深松铲是深松机上重要的零部件之一,其品质好坏直接影响着深松效果乃至整机的性能。应用三维参数化建模软件Pro/E进行深松铲组成零件三维实体设计,分析深松铲各结构参数对应力的影响效果,并进行了结构参数的优化,得到了深松铲最佳结构,提高了产品的质量,为深松机的优化设计提供了新思路。
Subsoiling shovel is a very important unit of the subsoiler.Whether its quality is good or not decides subsoiling effects of the subsoiler,even to the capability of the whole machine.The paper uses the software of Pro/E to generate the subsoiling shovel parts model of 3D entity.It is analyzed that effect of subsoiling shovel structural parameters on stresses.Structural parameters are optimized,the best structure of subsoiling shovel was got,the quality of the product was improved.A new idea is provided for optimal design of the subsoiling shovel.
