摘要 为了解决目前烟草栽培管理过程中劳动力工时投入多、劳动强度大、生产效率低、生产成本高等实际问题,通过技术创新,研究设计出烟草定量穴灌追肥机。该机利用蓄电池向直流电动泵供电,直流电动泵通过软管将田间外部的液源泵入田间,利用流量自控枪实现穴灌追施、穴灌浇水的定量控制,更换上其它工作附件后还可进行植保等多种作业。试验结果表明:该机结构设计合理,利用率高,田间移动简便省力,穴灌量控制精确,节水效果好,直流电动泵压程达20m以上,蓄电池充电一次可以连续工作10h以上,作业质量能满足现代烟草农艺要求,为我国丘陵、半丘陵地区以及水源短缺烟区的烟草栽培提供了特别的技术支持。 In order to resolve the current process of tobacco cultivation and management to manual labor-intensive,there are labor hours put in more labor-intensive,low productivity,high production costs and practical issues,through technical innovation,research design of quantitative points of tobacco irrigation dressing machine.This machine supplies DC electro pump electricity by means of storage battery,DC electro pump makes the external source of fluid pump into the fields through the hosepipe,flow-controlled gun can achieve quantitative control of the hole filling topdressing and hole irrigation,there's also a variety of plant protection can be done with other work accessories instead.The results showed that: the structural design of this machine is reasonable with high utilization rate,and labor-saving on the field work,meanwhile accurate hole filling volume control,good water-saving effect,the DC electric pump's pressure range can up to 20m above,the battery can work for 10 consecutive hours or more with being recharged once,the operating quality can meet the demands of modern tobacco agronomy which provides a special technical support of tobacco cultivation for our hilly,semi-hilly areas and water shortage in tobacco-growing areas.
