秸秆含水率对揉丝性状的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用秸秆揉丝机分别对含水率10%,15%,20%,25%,30%的稻草秸秆进行揉丝试验,研究不同含水率对秸秆揉丝的能耗,揉丝产物的粉碎率、揉丝率、吸水率等的影响。结果表明,揉丝能耗随着秸秆含水率升高而逐渐增大,揉丝率也随着秸秆含水率升高而上升。此外,粉碎率和吸水率随着含水率的升高表现出先减后增的变化趋势,当秸秆含水率为20%时,粉碎率和吸水率的值最低。由此可以表明,揉丝产物的吸水率与其破碎程度相关,破碎程度越高,产物吸水率越大。本实验可为改进我国秸秆揉丝加工技术和提高秸秆丝综合质量提供方法借鉴和参考。 Straw kneading machine was used for kneading straw stalks with different moisture contents of 10%,15%,20%,25% and 30%,respectively.The influence of different moisture contents on energy consumption,pulverization rate,threadiness rate and water absorption of thread were compared and researched.The experiments indicated that the energy consumption increased along with the moisture content rising,as well as the threadiness rate increased gradually.Furthermore,both pulverization rate and water absorption rate of thread decreased firstly and then increased with the moisture content rising,which were the lowest values when the moisture content was 20%.Thus,our results showed that water absorption of thread was positively correlated with the degree of pulverization,the higher pulverization rate,the more abundance of water absorption.This experiment can provide reference for improving the processing technology and the comprehensive quality of straw stalk kneading.
