摘要
柴油机燃油供给系统故障直接影响燃油的喷射质量和燃烧过程,进而影响柴油机的动力性、经济性和可靠性,因此对燃油供给系统实施状态检测与故障诊断具有重要的现实意义。为此,阐述了燃油供给系统各种故障模式下的产生原因,进行了高压油管压力信号的波动分析,通过虚拟仪器实现故障特征参数提取,利用BP神经网络实现故障的诊断方法。结果表明,该方法可实现柴油机喷油器的不解体故障分析,有利于实时故障的在线诊断,在实际的故障诊断中具有一定的应用价值。
The quality in fuel injector system of diesel engine directly relates the quality of the fuel injection and combustion process.So it is important practical significance to carry condition monitoring and prediction for the fuel supply system into execution.This paper elaborates five kinds of failure modes about the fuel supply system and provides a detailed analysis of the high-pressure tubing pressure signal fluctuation.The feature for pressure wave of fuel injection system were extracted in virtual instrument.Finally artificial neural network was used in fault diagnosis.Result showed that the method could realize diesel injector diagnosis without disassemble and then can achieve real-time fault-line analysis.It is fairly value in applications to fault diagnosis.
