摘要 根据直接空冷机组特点,在建立了空冷凝汽器变工况数学模型的基础上,对某600 MW机组空冷凝汽器变工况进行分析和计算。分别研究了排汽热负荷Qn、入口空气温度ta1、迎面风速vNF、管内污垢热阻εi和管外污垢热阻ε0对凝汽器压力的影响规律;利用数值计算方法分析了环境横向风对凝汽器变工况特性的影响规律,为直接空冷机组的安全经济运行提供了参考。 According to the characteristic of the direct air-cooled unit,a mathematical model of variable condition for the air-cooled condenser had been established.Basing on the model,variable condition features for the air-cooled condenser of the 600 MW unit were analyzed and calculated,respectively researching for the effect on the condenser pressure of exhaust steam heat load Qn,inlet air temperature ta1,windward air velocity vNF,tube inside fouling resistance εi and tube outside fouling resistance.ε0 By means of numerical simulation,the effect of ambient horizontal wind on variable condition of the condenser was analyzed,which provided a reference for the safe and economic operation of the direct air-cooled unit.
