摘要 针对用工业黄磷生产的工业磷酸(俗称热法磷酸)能耗高、污染大、生产成本高,且投资高等问题,介绍了我国自主开发的用溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸生产工业磷酸的工艺流程,及其实现工业生产所体现的特点和产品达到的质量指标,按中间试验数据计算每吨工业磷酸(P2O5计)的生产成本为3100元,具有很大的价格优势,为我国精细磷酸盐产业的发展提供了一项关键技术。 With reference to the issues occurred in the production of industrial phosphoric acid from industrial yellow phosphorus(commonly known as thermal-process phosphoric acid),such as high energy consumption,big pollution,high production cost,big investment etc.,the process flow of purification of wet-process phosphoric acid by solvent extraction for industrial phosphoric acid production independently developed by China,and the embodying features for achieving industrial production,as well as the final quality figures of product are introduced.Calculated by the data from pilot experiment,the production cost per ton of industrial phosphoric acid(based on P2O5) is RMB 3 100,which has great price advantage.The purification of wet-process phosphoric acid by solvent extraction for industrial phosphoric acid production is afforded as the key technology for the development of fine phosphate industry in China.
